An ESO trifecta is not simply a race for the highest DPS. For Ąlpha Şquad, progression starts with stable execution: understood mechanics, clean positioning, survival and clear communication.
1. Stabilise the mechanics
Before pushing speed, the group works through dangerous phases until they become repeatable. Every player must understand their role, priorities and the mistakes that can turn a clean pull into a wipe.
2. Optimise the raid
Once the encounter is stable, we optimise support sets, ultimates, buffs, cleave and burst windows. The objective is to improve the complete raid rather than a single player.
3. Build consistency
No-death and trifecta attempts demand consistency. A raid night with several repeatable clean pulls is more valuable than one exceptional attempt the group cannot reproduce.
